1. Returns Policy
Eligibility:
Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or personalized products
Items marked as Final Sale
How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at info@kasuluto.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions and shipping details.
Return the item using a reliable courier. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. Cancellations Policy
Order Cancellation by Customer:
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before shipment.
To cancel, email us at info@kasuluto.com with your order number.
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In that case, please refer to the returns process.
Order Cancellation by KASULUTO:
We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following conditions:
Product is out of stock
Payment issues or verification failure
Incomplete or invalid shipping details
Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
3. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or design, please initiate a return and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Contact us at info@kasuluto.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll provide a replacement or refund after reviewing the case.
